I am aware that the costs are a projection and that a project of this scope will have numerous unexpected expenses, especially in the creation phase. AIso, its expected this will be an extensively land sculpted & terra formed park ... using as many natural environments and existing terrain as possible, but potentially sculpting and landscaping many areas to fit the vision ... such as the Japanese garden and koi pond, but also higher mounds and elevations
Hopefully the property will already have a natural lake and waterfalls, but if not I intend to create the water falls and a 1-2 acre lake. Many aspects of this sanctuary are to include newer technology to replace outdated utilities systems, so its a little nebulous as to their costs.
Since I see the structures to be custom creations by individual designers & builders, I expect a wide range of expenses for them as well. However, I have summarized a mid range costs for most things in the following cost projections.

As indicated above ... the admin team will be the orchestrators of all that goes on day to day, week by week, month by month. It is my preference not to specifically title the "positions". That in fact, most of the tasks would be shared by a collective of people stepping up as needed. Certainly their will be those that by their nature are more proficient at certain tasks. It is our hope and intention that individuals will gravitate to
the tasks they enjoy and flourish at, but are by no means locked into just a few areas.

I envision there will be a similar type center or sanctuary in multiple locations around the globe. So, approximately 100 of these globally. With personal "site-to-site" transporter technology at each center … being located near local communities will not be necessary.
Potentials for funding might be grants and/or crowd funding for getting started.
However, I am not really seeking financial investors, as these sanctuaries are intended to be non-profit centers for the benefit of mankind, so there wouldn't be an ROI that investors might expect or want.
Although, philanthropic Investors are another consideration, investing to simply help create something that will be beneficial for humanity's healing and upliftment on an ongoing basis.
I am hopeful of my own sources to become available in the near future, which will make all the funds needed … accessible and available … without needing to do any fundraising.
People interested in the creation of such a sanctuary are welcome to contribute and participate as part of a mastermind group. Be it known that all contributors and interested parties will be treated equal and have equal say and input. A greater contribution will not grant a greater say, or input, in the overall planning, creation and ongoing operations.
